Please be on the lookout for your 2024 HOA dues invoice in your email this week. If you aren't seeing it, please check your junk/spam mail. As in the past, you have the options to pay via check, credit card or bank draft. A 3% credit card fee will be seen on your invoice and charged accordingly. However, if you choose to pay by a check you may deduct those fees and mail in your check. If you choose to pay via bank draft, please deduct the 3% c.c. fee and change the amount on your "pay now " screen to reflect a 1% charge instead.
Ex: if your dues are $450, you will change your amount due from $463.50 to $454.50.
These are the exact same procedures as last year, but if you have any questions....please reach out to me! Please remember that our due dates have changed this year. All invoices are due Dec 1st. Late fees will be added and invoices will be mailed back out after Dec15th.
Ballots for our upcoming election will be delivered via USPS in the next 10 days. Please watch for those and email me with any questions and/or concerns!
