Hello Neighbors!

Aqua Texas has placed us all on Stage 2 water restrictions since May of this year.

I understand everyone’s frustration with water pressure issues we have had the last few weeks. We are trying to have all comply so we do not move to Stage 3.

I can appreciate everyone’s frustration, but this can only get better with everyone adhereing to the restrictions. We have to do this together!

PLEASE water ONLY on your designated day from 12 midnight to 4am.

If your house number ends in:
0 or 6 your days are Monday & Thursday
1 or 7 your days are Tuesday & Friday
2 or 9 your days are Wednesday & Saturday
3 or 5 your days are Thursday & Sunday
4 or 8 your days are Friday & Monday

No washing of your driveways/porches, No hose sprinklers for water activities, no water slides, no car washing, etc is permitted.

Also due to water restrictions, The BoD has already established no approval of any new landscaping installations,  as well as any new pool permit applications until further notice.

Note: Any lot owner, with more than 2 acres can apply for permit to install their own water well. Those with their own well are not effected by water restrictions.

If you would like to discuss, feel free to call or come knock on my door! Thank you!

*Also please note this watering times are NOT pertaining to lake lots watering WITH Lake water! Lakefront homes flowerbeds being watered with Aqua Water do need to be within your day/time!
