Per our schedule from last year, HOA invoices will be emailed on or before 11/15/2025 with a due date of 12/15/2025. Late fees will apply beginning 12/16/2025 so please get those payments in to avoid any fees. For all new members, you may deduct the 3% credit card fee from your invoice and mail your payment to PO BOX 122 Granbury, Tx 76048 by the 15th of December.
You will receive your ballot for the upcoming election via email and/or text on 11/15/2025. You will have until 11/30/2025 to cast your ballots. You may receive both an email and text ballot, but only one will be submitted. If you only receive one or the other (email or text), that is ok...as long as you receive one!! You may choose UP to 3 candidates and you may also abstain. Election results will be delivered via email after the election closes. Please reach out to me or a board member if you have any questions before or during the election.
