The meeting time is 6:00p not 6:30p. There is a total of three topics discussed at the meeting. I think we are third on the list.
The Board of Directors wish to notify the community of a Planning & Zoning meeting on Monday 5/11/2026 at 6:00pm. Being held
at Granbury City Hall, 116 W Bridge St.
One of the topics is to request a zoning change from Interim Holding to Planned Development at 1010 Holly Hills Cemetery Rd. On “Planned Development, Exhibit B shows that Holly Hills Cemetery Rd. will no longer be a thru road. But Holly Hills Cemetery Rd. will then be a dead-
end road. There will then be only one access source to the TPOLG if this takes place as the request shows.
