Form 3 - Vehicle/Trailer Parking Permit Request |
Dear Owners:
At The Peninsula on Lake Granbury Homeowners Association meeting held on August 12, 2024, the Board approved "Form 3" in response to frequent complaints in reference to recreation vehicles, trailers, and boats being parked on an owners property for extended periods of time. The Board, in accordance with Article 15.3 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, interpreted the definition of the words "kept, parked and stored," described in Article 8.6, to be a violation if the stay exceeds two overnights. The board then approved a new permit form, Form 3, which establishes the policy for parking trailers, boats and RV's on an owners property for extended periods of time. Owners do not need to request ARC approval or submit a Form 3 prior to parking trailers, boats and RV's on their property if the time period does not exceed two overnights. The Form 3 (for an extended stay) should be submitted to the ARC four days in advance of the requested start date. Permit request will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Failure to obtain a permit for an extended stay may result in the issuance of a violation letter.
Questions in reference to the use of Form 3 can be the submitted to the

UPDATE TO TEST
Members
This is JUST A TEST to make sure everyone is comfortable with the process moving forward.
As in the prior test and as mentioned in the HOA meetings, the "candidates" are AUTO-GENERATED by the election hosting website. These are NOT new residents nor candidates that members are possibly unfamiliar with.
The results will have no permanent impact on the BOD positions, this is just for trial and error purposes to better our process.
Thanks again for your patience as we try and improve our process and procedures.
