August 28, 2020 Greetings Peninsula Homeowners: The recent water restrictions placed on the community by Aqua Texas was a point of discussion at the recent Board Meeting (August 24, 2020). As a result of that discussion, it was recommended that Aqua Texas customers who wish to make a complaint regarding the restrictions, or the service in general, contact the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
