Greetings fellow Community members:

The recent ban on “dine-in” at local restaurants and the need to limit trips to the grocery stores will, no doubt, significantly increase the use of delivery services in the community. While we encourage the use of those services, please remain diligent with the security of our gate by NOT providing the gate code to delivery personnel.

The front gate currently remains open from approximately 6:00am to 6:00pm; however, it is requested that during the time of gate closure, delivery personnel be advised to utilize the directory, which automatically calls the telephone number that you have on file. You are then able to open the gate remotely by pressing the number “9” on your phone without disclosing your personal gate code.

If you do not have a telephone number on file, you wish to change the number on file, or you do not remember the number on file, please send an email to the Peninsula webmaster, Apollo Gibson at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . Additionally, if you have provided your access code to delivery personnel in the past, please consider requesting a new code from the webmaster and utilizing the directory access-point for future deliveries and guests.

The security of the entire community depends on everyone’s discretion with their personal access code. As we endure the challenges of the next several weeks/months, the Board of Directors remains focused on the health and security of our community, and we thank all Community members for their diligence and cooperation.
