ATTENTION BOAT STORAGE AREA USERS |

|
In making rounds of the storage area, users are doing a good job of keeping it neat and properly placing their trailers. I would, however, ask that you visit the area to take a look at the following:
- Make sure that your trailer is parked properly in your slot. The most common complaint that I receive is that a resident’s neighbor is parked crooked and it makes it difficult to tow the complainant’s trailer or to put it back in his/her slot.
- Make sure the area around your slot is kept neat and clean. Old boards, trailer parts, etc. should be removed from the area.
- Make sure your trailer is parked in your assigned slot. A few are parked beyond the numbered slots toward the lake.
- As per our Regulations and Restrictions: “Storage of machinery, RVs, automobiles and equipment used for commercial or business purposes is prohibited.” If you are in violation of this restriction, please correct the situation.
- If you have a vehicle without a Peninsula registration sticker, please let me know and I will affix a decal on it.
Now that the summer season is here, I will be making more frequent rounds to help insure the area operates as designed. Soon, I will be updating the signage in the area across from the gate to make the slots more visible. If you have any questions, please let me know – and thanks for your attention to this.
If you have questions or comments, please contact us.
