THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE IS TO SOLICIT HELP FROM ALL RESIDENTS, LOT OWNERS, AND BUILDERS!

The HOA BOARD met Tuesday, August 12, 2014 and the FOLLOWING ISSUE WAS RAISED and DISCUSSED by the HOA Members based on community observations and resident feedback.

  • A concern for the safety of our children, our property and total disregard for our 30 mile per hour speed limit and STOP Signs!

The BOARD entertained several prevention solutions including:

  • Neighborhood Awareness – If you see something say something.
  • Speed Bumps throughout our community
  • Filing charges on offenders with Sheriff’s Department (i.e. reporting license plates numbers, make / model descriptions of violators)
  • Pay to have Police Officer monitor and ticket violators

Bottom Line – We as a community are better than this:  We as your HOA BOARD are asking for YOUR help and need a FAVOR FROM EVERYONE!  Help us keep “THE PENINSULA” the coveted place to live by doing the following:

  • Simply observe and obey the speed limit and STOP signs
  • Let’s self-police the Peninsula
  • Take photos or videos of those causing disturbances
  • Get tag numbers of offenders and non-residents with car make / model

We will continue to discuss this issue until it is resolved and we feel as a community we can self-police ourselves and keep THE PENINSULA a safe place to live.  WE NEED EVERYONE’S HELP PLEASE!

Thank you in advance!
